At a work interview, Alison is asked her age. She was later refused the position because the employer wanted a 'more mature' individual for the role.
Jim is asked his age at a job interview where he states that he is 55 years of age. The employer asks him "why are you applying for this position at this late stage or your life?". Jim was later refused the position.
Eve works as a cusual employee at a shop. She was later replaced by someone younger than her. The manager expressed that they wanted a 'new upbeat feel' to attract younger customers.
